Are equipped with protective equipment according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and follow a rigorous protocol of constant disinfection, both individually as well with their work spaces and tools.
To guarantee the safety of our guests, the shared spaces have new accommodations, restricted capacity, protective barriers and new signage to maintain a safe distance. In addition, all our spaces are constantly disinfected with chemical, steam and fogging processes.
All our guests must make a declaration of health prior to their registration and follow the instructions for their safety; all luggage is disinfected at the reception and Pacífica Resort provides an additional sanitization kit to disinfect other belongings in each suite.
The rooms, linens and bedding, as well as the air conditioners are disinfected daily with chemical processes, steam and electrostatic nebulization; in addition to being rigorously checked before and after receiving guests.
